BJ can't think of anything random

[Note: I wrote this on monday, but forgot to post it]

I MADE TOP BAND.
I was sooo scared that I would be stuck in concert band.
Seee, last year[When I still lived in WC] I made top band, first chair[For those of you who are not in band and have no idea what I am talking about...top band first chair is like the best you can do, so it was an awesome thing] Anyway, then some totally crazy events took place and I had to randomly move away and switch schools. So after a month or so of feeling the awesome glories of top band, I was chunked into bottom band and forced to be last chair for the rest of my lame sophomore life.[For those of you not in band, this is this worst you can do]
Needless to say, it totally sucked and so I made it my personal mission to make it into the top band the following year, because I was not going to accept only being in top band for a month or so.
But I am extremely happy to report that I am second chair in symphonic band for the 2010-2011 school year; BE JEALOUS.

It's almost Christmas, which means that it's time to bake anything and everything because that's just what you do around Christmas time.
Lastnight I attempted to make the cinnamon rock candy that i've made for the past couple of years. Let's just say it didn't turn out so well.

The first time around I ended up burning it because the specific burner that I was using on the stove apparently only runs on high(Even if you have it set on low like I did). So y'know, that was fun.
And then the second time around it didn't turn out cinnamoney enough because I guess I didn't put enough cinnamoney-goodness inside of it.
I really only put that little candy bit in here to let you know that I totally BURNED my cinnamon candy for the first time ever, and it kindof sucks.
